In this post, I’ll walk you through what typically happens in a session, so you can feel confident and comfortable if you decide to try it.
First, What Is Theta Healing?
ThetaHealing is an energy healing modality that works with the theta brainwave — the deeply relaxed, meditative state we enter during hypnosis or just before falling asleep.
From this state, we can access the subconscious mind, identify limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and energetic patterns, and shift them in a safe and empowering way.
It’s gentle, intuitive, and often very effective — especially when you’re ready for real change.

The Flow of a Session
Each session is unique, but here’s what you can generally expect:
1. Creating a Safe Space
Every session begins with a short conversation.
This is your time to share what you’d like to work on — whether it’s a recurring challenge, emotional discomfort, limiting belief, physical issue, a general sense that something is out of alignment, or even something you can’t quite put into words yet.
You don’t need to have the answers or explain everything perfectly. Just come as you are. The session will unfold naturally.
2. Doing a Reading
With your permission, I will do a reading of you to see what comes up.
I can also do a reading on a specific topic that you desire, like a situation at work, with your partner, or a decision you are facing. It can be pretty much anything.
3. Digging: Discovering the Root Belief
This part of the session is like an intuitive investigation. We gently explore the core beliefs or experiences that may be behind what you’re facing.
Sometimes, the original block is something you’re already aware of. Other times, it may be something surprising — an old memory, inherited belief, or subconscious fear.
We follow the thread together with compassion.
4. Shifting the Energy
Once we identify the key beliefs or patterns, we use the ThetaHealing technique to shift them. With your consent, I ask for healing and belief changes from the Creator (or God, Source, Universe — however you define it).
Often, what’s affecting you in this life may not have its root here — so we may be clearing past life experiences, generational trauma, ancestral patterns, or even memories your soul has carried from other realms of existence.
These shifts happen instantly. You may feel a sense of release, lightness, warmth, sensations in the body or simply a knowing that something important has shifted.
Many people feel lighter, more aligned, and even physically different right away.
5. Grounding & Integration
The session closes with grounding, balancing, integration, and sometimes intuitive messages or practical suggestions.
You’ll have space to ask questions, share what came up for you, or simply take a moment to rest and breathe.
After the Session
People often report feeling:
- Lighter or more at peace
- Energized or deeply relaxed
- Clearer about a situation or decision
- Emotionally released or unburdened
- A subtle internal shift that builds over time
The changes are instant, but sometimes integration and realigning of energies continues unfolding in the days and weeks that follow.

While there are no strict requirements, here are a few things that truly support a powerful and effective session:

You don’t need to “believe” in everything — just a curious and open mind is enough. Skepticism is welcome, as long as you’re willing to explore.

Transformation starts with self-awareness. Being honest about what you feel or believe can open the door to deep healing.
🪶 Readiness to Let Go
Whether it’s an old story, belief, or emotional weight — being ready to release what no longer serves you is key.

Every journey is different. Some shifts are instant; others unfold over time. Trusting your process makes space for true integration.
🧘♀️ A Quiet, Comfortable Space (for online sessions)
If we’re working remotely, make sure you’re somewhere calm and comfortable where you won’t be interrupted.
